Cancellation Policy

At Sassafras Salon and Spa, we value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a charge of 50% of the quoted service price. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price.

We understand that emergencies happen and ask that you communicate with your service provider or the salon directly as soon as possible. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!
